2. Data we collect
We process the data the user provides when placing an order, contacting us or subscribing to communications: name and surname, postal address, email, phone, billing details and the prescription data needed to manufacture the lenses. We also collect browsing data through cookies (see cookie policy).
The prescription is health data. Its processing is strictly limited to the manufacture and assembly of the requested lenses, and is based on the user's explicit consent when providing it.

- Managing and processing orders: manufacturing, assembly, pickup and shipping.
- Invoicing and compliance with legal and tax obligations.
- Customer service and management of warranties, exchanges and returns.
- Sending commercial communications, only if the user has consented.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on: the performance of the contract of sale (art. 6.1.b GDPR); the consent of the data subject for health data and commercial communications (art. 6.1.a and 9.2.a); compliance with legal obligations regarding tax and consumer matters (art. 6.1.c); and the legitimate interest of the Company in managing the customer relationship (art. 6.1.f).
5. Retention period
Data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, thereafter, for the periods legally required (tax, commercial and warranty). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until the user withdraws it.
6. Data recipients
We share data with third parties only when necessary to provide the service: shipping companies (MRW, SEUR, Correos) for pickup and delivery; optical labs for lens manufacturing; financial institutions and payment gateways; and public authorities where there is a legal obligation. These third parties process the data as data processors under the GDPR. We do not carry out international transfers outside the European Economic Area unless expressly stated.
