Liability for loss or breakage
We are a safe lens replacement service and incidents rarely occur. Even so, we want you to know our responsibilities with full transparency. The frame's purchase date and price must be proven with the original invoice.
Frame pickup is a service to make the process easier for you; we cannot verify the contents of the package, so that responsibility is managed with the carrier, with coverage of up to €50.

In no case are we responsible for the lenses installed in the frame or for the glasses sent to extract the prescription.
