Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions govern the use of the website lens4glasses.com and the contracting of the lens-replacement service and the sale of ophthalmic and sunglass lenses. By placing an order, the user fully accepts these terms and conditions.
1. Identifying details

«Lens4Glasses» is the trade name under which OPTIMEGO SL (hereinafter, "the Company") provides its services.
2. Purpose
The purpose of the contract is the lens replacement service and the sale of ophthalmic and sun lenses, as well as, where applicable, frames. The user configures their order online, sends us their frame and/or prescription, and the Company manufactures and fits the lenses into the customer's frame.
3. Site terms of use
The user undertakes to make lawful use of the website, to provide truthful data during the purchase process (especially a valid and current prescription) and not to carry out any activity that damages, disables or overloads the site. The Company may cancel orders when it detects manifestly erroneous or fraudulent data.
4. Purchase process and contract formalisation
On completing an order, a contract subject to Spanish law is formalised. The user will immediately receive a confirmation email with the details. If they do not receive it, they should contact hola@cristalesgafas.com, since without that email the Company may have no record of the order.
Once the purchase is made, it cannot be cancelled, since lens manufacturing begins with the prescription provided.
5. Prices and taxes
The prices shown on the site are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes. Pickup and shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the area and order amount, always shown before confirming the purchase. The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the applicable price will be the one in force at the time the order is placed.
6. Payment methods
Payment is made through the methods available at checkout (card, Bizum, PayPal or others available). Transactions are processed via secure payment gateways; the Company does not store full card details.
7. Shipping and delivery times
Estimated times, once the lenses are manufactured, are 2-5 working days for single-vision and non-prescription lenses, and 5-8 working days for progressive, occupational, ZEISS and bifocal lenses, for deliveries within Spain. We also ship to France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Poland, with longer times. These times may vary during campaigns, public holidays or depending on the delivery area. 8. Customised product and right of withdrawal
Prescription lenses are manufactured and edged to measure for the customer's specific frame and prescription. For this reason, in accordance with article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), they are excluded from the right of withdrawal: they cannot be returned once manufactured.
9. Guarantees
Satisfaction guarantee (7 days): if within 7 days of receiving the glasses it is found that the lenses do not match the prescription provided, the Company remakes them correctly at no product cost (shipping costs are borne by the customer). Requires a valid and current prescription. Applicable once.
90-day adaptation guarantee (progressives): if, after the adaptation period and following the usage instructions, the customer is unable to adapt to their progressives, the Company refunds the cost of the lenses with a €30 retention for manufacturing, pickup and handling costs. 10. Liability
Frame pickup is a facilitation service. The Company cannot verify the contents of the package, so that responsibility is managed with the carrier, with coverage of up to €50. Coverage for loss or breakage of the frame is detailed on the page of Liability for loss or breakage.
11. Intellectual and industrial property
All site content (texts, images, logos, design, code) is owned by OPTIMEGO SL or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Its reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.
12. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
13. Modifications
The Company may modify these terms at any time. The applicable terms shall be those in force at the time each order is placed.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that apply under consumer and user regulations. Users may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
