Shipping and delivery times
At Lens4Glasses you send us your glasses, we fit the new lenses and send them back to you. Collection and shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your country and order total: you'll see the exact price in your cart before paying.
We work with the most reliable carriers in each area, including the InPost pickup-point network. These are the estimated delivery times once your lenses are manufactured (they may vary during campaigns or public holidays):

These times count from when the order is manufactured, not from purchase. Add 1-2 days of manufacturing for single-vision and 3-5 for progressives before shipping.
Shipping outside Spain and Portugal: SEUR (DPD) and InPost
Outside Spain and Portugal we work with two carriers: the SEUR network, which in each country goes by the name of its local partner (DPD, BRT, Speedy, ACS or PostNord), and InPost in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Italy. With both, you drop your glasses off at a pickup point or locker with the label we send you, and we return them to a pickup point or locker too; there is no home collection or home delivery. You choose the carrier when you place your order and you'll see the exact price in your cart.

These are estimated times in working days, not guaranteed: they may vary depending on the carrier, during campaigns or on public holidays. Shipping counts from when you drop the parcel off at the point until it reaches us, and delivery from when we send it back to you with the new lenses fitted. Manufacturing comes in between: 1-2 days for single-vision and 3-5 for progressives.
How we pick up and ship your glasses
After your purchase, you'll receive the pickup instructions by email.
Keep them in a hard case and, if possible, in a box.
Take the parcel to a pickup point or locker with the label we email you. In mainland Spain and mainland Portugal, MRW can also collect it from your home.
We fit the lenses and send your glasses back with the same carrier: to a pickup point or locker, or to your home if you chose MRW.
