Shipping and delivery times
At Lens4Glasses we collect your frame and deliver it back to your door. Collection and shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your area and order total, so you always see the exact price before paying.
We work with the most reliable carriers in each area, including the InPost pickup-point network. These are the estimated delivery times once your lenses are manufactured (they may vary during campaigns or public holidays):

These times count from when the order is manufactured, not from purchase. Add 1-2 days of manufacturing for single-vision and 3-5 for progressives before shipping.
International shipping with InPost
We also collect your frame and return it to an InPost point or to your address in these countries. These times include the outbound leg (your country → Spain) and the return leg (Spain → your country) once your lenses are manufactured:

These international times are indicative estimates of InPost’s usual transit between Spain and each country; the exact time may vary and will be confirmed at checkout. As in Spain, they are counted from when the order is manufactured, not from the purchase.
How we pick up and ship your glasses
After your purchase, you'll receive the pickup instructions by email.
Keep them in a hard case and, if possible, in a box.
The carrier picks them up on the agreed day.
We fit the lenses and return the glasses to your home.
